1947 Cadillac 62 Series 4-Door Sedan. This 1947 Cadillac is a rare one, and you don’t see one often. Mechanical This Cadi was parked for many years. Right now the car has a rebuilt engine about 2000 miles on it, very strong 346 ci original engine, that runs great. Hydramatic transmission and shifts great through all the gears, got. It’s a very original Cadillac and you don’t see these Cadi’s to remain original throughout the years. It also has a new gas tank, new exhaust system, rebuilt speedometer, carburetor and fuel pump. The gauges work as they should, gas gauge is a bit off. May need some suspension work. The car runs straight down the road. Exterior Looks like the car has about a few years old paint, can be buffered out, probably will look much nicer, it’s not that shiny as black color is supposed to shine. The chromes are all there, very presentable, it’s all drivers quality exterior. Got some surface imperfection, don’t want to call it rust, ‘cause it’s not. It is a very original and presentable car. Interior Overall, the interior is complete, the dash sits fine, everything else is there. It has new carpet, but I’d suggest to do some work on the interior, though you can still drive it as is. It’s a driver’s quality interior. Overall, a great car!
